Booking & stay information
Payment
30% of the total is due when a reservation is confirmed. The balance is due seven days before arrival.
Cancellation
Paid prepayments are non-refundable under the supplied booking policy. Confirm the full terms before paying.
Security deposit
A €100 security deposit is required and refunded after check-out if there is no damage and the stay terms have been met.
Minimum stay, smoking, parties, quiet hours and guest ID requirements should be confirmed with the host before booking.
